The purpose of data processing is to participate in the team building and personality development training ordered by the non-profit company, which operates the sports team, and to provide access to the necessary computer programs. Further aims are to identify test participants and provide feedback.

Legal grounds for data processing: I hereby inform you that processing of your personal data is necessary to assert the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or a third party (Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR).

Personal data we process: Participant’s name, gender and email address

Please be advised that as a result of participating in the programme and completing the tests, evaluators may learn the following conclusions about you: general behavioural characteristics, strengths, motivations, behaviours and needs under stress, areas for improvement, adapted style, natural style, behavioural pattern view, summary of athlete DISC style.

The Privacy Shield, designed to secure the transfer of data between the EU and the US, allows the transfer of personal data from the EU to a US company if the US company follows strict rules and safeguards when processing personal data.

Based on the foregoing, the transfer of data to Assessments 24x7 LLC is compliant with the data protection rules.

Please be advised that during the project you will be given a personal username and password to access the online test platform.

I hereby inform you that the Customer and Kell Egy Csapat Élmény KFT may become aware of the completed questionnaire and its results, electronically manage and store them and exchange them electronically or by other means in their computer systems.

After the evaluation, the respondent will be informed of the results of the evaluation of the questionnaire. If the respondent fails to receive the information within 60 days of completing the questionnaire, they are entitled to request information by email to the hollosisz@disctanulokor.hu address. In this case, your case is given priority over others and the result will be sent directly to you within 5 days.

Only the recipients are entitled to know the results of the completed questionnaire and the evaluated questionnaire to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties. Recipients shall not disclose or make available to a third party the completed questionnaire or parts thereof, the evaluated questionnaire or parts thereof.

Please be advised that the results of the evaluation of the questionnaire may only be used in a team report by providing consent. The Data Subject may refuse to give consent without any consequences.

Duration of data processing: 6 months to 2 years (depending on the nature of the relationship)

Data Processing Rights:

• You have the right to be fully informed of all facts relating to the processing of your personal data (purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data, the persons authorised to control and process the data, the duration of the data processing, the persons authorised to know the data, your rights and legal remedies related to data processing, as well as the relevant key legal venues),
• you may request the amendment, correction, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal information,
• you have the right to data portability (where personal data are processed automatically),
• you may object to the processing of your personal information in the cases specified by law, or
• you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time free of charge. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the consent-based data processing prior to the withdrawal.

Please note that you are not obliged to provide any personal information; data provision is not a prerequisite of the conclusion of the contract. However, please note that the potential consequence of a failure to provide information is that performance of the contract may be difficult.

Before addressing the supervisory authority or the court with your complaint, please contact us in order to reconcile and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The main governing law with regard to the processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (InfoAct).

• I hereby grant my consent for other team members to see the results of the questionnaires I have filled in the preparation of the team report,

• I hereby grant my consent that the results of the questionnaires I have filled in may be used in the preparation of the team report, but only by means of anonymous data processing.
